Each piece is printed to order. Production and delivery times depend on the item and destination. We will send updates as your order progresses. Personalised puzzle ordering is coming soon.
Our standard keepsakes ship to the UK and Ireland, plus the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the Caribbean. The puzzle designer checks delivery to supported international destinations, including the UK and Guyana. Check your country in the designer; puzzle ordering is coming soon. Any customs charges on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
You have 14 days from receiving non-personalised physical items to cancel and return them unused. Personalised photo puzzles cannot be returned just for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply. For digital downloads, the 14-day right ends once your download begins with your agreement.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, use our contact form and we’ll put it right with a repair, replacement, or refund — free.
